Handling time is 3-4 business days, this does not include shipping time. Shipping time will depend on USPS or Service purchased, we do not control delays in shipping. Twisted G Western is not responsible for any packages once shipped. Route shipping insurance may be purchased at buyers expense at the time of checkout. If insurance is not purchased by the buyer and items are lost or damaged they will not be covered by Twisted G Western.

Twisted G Western does not refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping if the item is damaged during shipping.
