Returns
All purchases are subject to exchange only or store credit on ALL merchandise within 14 days of delivery. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

We do offer refunds if your one of a kind item is damaged during shipping and cannot be replaced or repaired.Please let us know about the damage within 24 hours of receiving it. If it is a replaceable item, then we will happily replace it or send for repair.

Items sold at DISCOUNTED prices or on SALE are NOT eligible for , exchange or store credit & are “final sales”..This means no refunds or exchanges on sale items.

To complete your store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at twistedgwestern@gmail.com

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All old pawn and vintage pieces are sold as is.
